If
you read the testimonials from Forex Ambush trading software, you
here of guys making huge gains and losses? I didn't find any in the
reviews I read but is Forex Ambush a robot that really makes money or
is it just one of the huge number of robots which will wipe your
account out quickly? Lets review this automated trading software and
see.
The
basic concept behind Forex Ambush looks doomed to failure from the
start and this is the logic you base your trading signal entries on:
Forex
Ambush Investment Strategy
You
enter a trade and look to take a profit of about 20 pips. If the
trade goes up, that's all well and good and you employ a trailing
stop of around 5-8 pips. Then, if the trade exits profitably you've
got a small profit but the really scary part of the software is this:
If
the trade goes against you, there is no Stop Loss at ALL!
You
simply are supposed to sit and wait but who on earth would see this
as sensible trading? The system aims for small profits and leaves you
open to huge draw down. What were these guys thinking of?
Their
principle of trading Fx is “ run your losses and take small
profits” but if you do this you will get wiped out quickly. The
accepted way to make money in Forex is totally the opposite which is
“Run your profits and cut your losses”
If
you look at the site it claims:
“Never
Seen Before and Totally Unheard Of 99.9%
Accurate*
Artificial Intelligence Forex Trading Signals”
Not even the world's
top traders would make a claim like this but Forex Ambush does and it
also claims, to have advanced artificial intelligence too - which is
good copy writing but doubt if it is advanced and its no help in Forex
trading anyway but naïve traders think that it is.
You also see a quote
saying that Forex Ambush has been “in the news” and lots of well
respected sources are quoted underneath like - CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg,USA
Today and Business week but search the sites and try and find
anything on the software if you can - I didn't find anything at all.
The
site also gives account statements to back up its claims of profits
but I wonder why in the disclaimer section, you get the standard CFTC
warning which is repeated below:
CFTC
RULE 4.41 - HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE
CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED
RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE
NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR
THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF
LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO
THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO
REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO
ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Forex
Ambush doesn't add up to me and the claim of 99.9% accuracy seems to
good to be true but I thought I would click to the buy page anyway
and saw this note:
“We
are not currently accepting new members at this time because of a
systems overhaul. We will be back by May 31, 2010. Please bookmark
ForexAmbush.com and do not forget to return”
So
you can't buy the system at present, I will curious what the
“systems overhaul” is. Maybe there going to make it even better
and claim a 100% accuracy! Will be interested to see and will update
this review of Forex ambush after this date.
