seeing many of the nations which have powered economic growth in the

Friday
saw some good falls in the risk currencies as expected and today,
were getting a bit of a rally but don't expect it to last, the yen
and dollar look set to push the risk currencies far lower.

A
few months ago, we said Euro zone will collapse and China would have
a hard landing and this would trigger a move to safe haven
currencies. The move has started and its about to accelerate, as we
move forward to the big crisis since the great depression of the
1930's.

Friday
saw the mood change in the markets from optimism which had prevailed
earlier in the week to pessimism about the global economy and as we
said earlier in the week the bullish view of risk currencies and
assets was based on hope and not the facts. We are looking now for
the dollar and yen to continue their bull moves.

markets have trade quietly today and we are now awaiting non farm
payroll tomorrow. The ECB left rates unchanged and Draghi and the
market showed no reaction but volatility looks set to increase
tomorrow.
